The Retrolites are made up of five talented musicians hailing from Las Vegas, Nev. They all share a strong passion for two things: Motown classics and reggae/ska music. These men put their artistic minds together and created a band that covers Oldies but with an upbeat sound that will have you movin' and groovin' at any live performance. The band formed in early 2014 with members that have been in the Las Vegas music scene over the past decade such as Goldfish Don't Bunce, Over The Line, One Pin Short, and the Remedies. Each individual puts their own sweat and tears into the arrangements and improvisation by striving to bridge together bands that play their own material with cover bands that play older tunes. The members keep busy in Las Vegas playing gigs at various locations throughout the Vegas Valley such as Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, Hard Rock on The Strip, and even all over Downtown Las Vegas. The Retrolites have also performed with national touring acts that route through the city. Being able to cater to different audiences with their versatility, the group has been able to perform with bands such as The Wailers, War, The Slackers, The Aggrolites, The Expanders, & more. It's always a great time for people of all ages to enjoy. Aside from their scheduled shows, the band have also been able to cater to private and charity events of all varieties.  The band's mission statement is to always give the best show they have ever performed; with hard work and dedication, the band always strive to give the most memorable show the crowd has ever witnessed. The guys keep things fresh by switching up their set at every show, so fans never see the same show twice. Ultimately, the band's goal is to be  able to record an EP of their favorite arrangements so far and eventually dive into composing original music that pay tribute to old school sounds while in the present time.
